This Sunday, English Country Dance in Roseville welcomes back one of the most popular callers on everybody’s list—Kalia Kliban! If you attended our Annual Holiday Tea last December, you know why she’s so much in demand—and if you didn’t, come find out why! And as if this weren’t enough, we’ll have amazing music from our very own “Quite Carried Away”!
As usual, beginners are welcome, and no partners are necessary. If you are bringing, or know of any, first-timers, please urge them to come at 2:30 for the Introductory Workshop that precedes the dance. All dancers are welcome at the workshop, while first-time attendees receive a coupon for half-off admission at their next dance!
The Caller Coaching series continues! A short caller coaching session with Kalia begins immediately after the final waltz. Anyone interested in calling ECD may attend. The caller will share information on one aspect of calling, followed by time for questions.
So bring a snack for the break, and we’ll see you at the dance!
P.S. Mark your calendars now for the Annual Holiday Tea! It’s just around the corner and you won’t want to miss it—details to follow!
